Hey all and welcome to my page
I am one of the instructors for the boot camp sessions for the fundraiser. It is great to be apart of something that is very close to my heart and love seeing the team spirit we have.
The nicknames have changed a bit from Sweet As to Torture Master but I will take it.
When I'm not doing fitness myself, I work as a Personal Trainer and also as a coach at the Institute of Fitness giving others the opportunity to change peoples lives.

WELL DONE EVERYONE!
I just have to say that I was so impressed by the team spirit and determination of you all on Tuesday at the first bootcamp session. Just a small saying I like to say as we head on this journey, "it never gets easier, we only get fitter!!!"
